This villa is located between Cinisi and Terrasini both in province of Palermo. Cinisi is a town more quiet and traditional, with its long and typical main street that get to the square with many bars and kiosks where spend a pleasant evening. Most interesting are the Magaggiari beach far only 200 mt, equipped of umbrellas and deck chairs but there is also a free beach for undemanding people, an harbour, and the Orsa tuna fishery with its indented costs also for day of sun and sea. Terrasini on the contrary is more funny and lively during summer time and it is eventful during day and night but also full of shops, street markets for shopping and restaurants to taste the typical Sicilian dishes and more. |
| The villa is 190 sq mt far only 200 mt from Magaggiari beach of Cinisi and Terrasini.
The Villa is equipped of two terraces and a large garden where get a tan, a barbecue, and a wonderful view over the sea. It is in a quiet position far from the street and its traffic noise or from the vivacity of the people on the beach, in fact to get there is a private street, that draw away from the main street Peppino Impastato, giving a

The villa is made up of large and bright rooms, well ventilated and quiet. It consists in 1 wedding room, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large sitting room with TV 42” and a sofa bed, a small room where it is possible add two beds. There is also a kitchenette equipped of dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, oven. Two independent bathroom with shower and tub. In the outside are 3 verandas, equipped for outdoor dining with table for 6/8 people and chairs. |
