Villa del Sole is placed at the gates of the small and lively town of Solarino, in the province of Siracusa. It enjoys a slightly hilly location and has a big private car park, an orchard and a solarium equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs with a wonderful and recently build private swimming pool. Near the solarium, another large covered and equipped veranda surrounding the house was realized. The villa is externally characterized by an ample private parking lot, an orchard and a solarium equipped of garden furniture, in the middle of which a splendid private swimming pool of recent construction is found. Adjacent to the solarium is drawn a further ample covered and equipped veranda that it surrounds the house. Always to the outside, to disposition of the guests, a bath with shower, a open shower and a barbecue corner. |
| To the inside the residence is characterized by an only and ample environment composed of completely equipped kitchen, cooking corner, space lunch with table and chairs and living room with 2 sofas, of which one is double bed, Tv corner with receipt SAT. From here it is accessed the 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin. All the rooms are endowed with zanzariere to the windows and fans. The baths are 2: the first one with shower also turned to laundry, while the second is with tub. All the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets to the windows and Fan. |
