| The apartment is made up of a wedding bedroom with air conditioning warm/cold, a room with single bed, living room with air conditioning warm/cold, a wedding bed sofa. This is room is also equipped of TV with decoder and radio to relax after sea and table with six chairs. The apartment has a kitchen equipped of crockery and towels, stove, fridge with freezer, blender, electric toaster and a small electric oven. Two bathroom, the first one with shower and the second one with toilet and washbasin. At disposal of the guest is a terrace/veranda with table, chairs and awning a laundry with washing machine and a small cabinet. Distances: The most near beach is only 25 m and very closet o the apartment (10m) is a food market and a bar (50m). In place are also easy reachable restaurants and many shops. Terms of stay: to the price of stay must add 15 euro for final cleaning and 150 euro for deposit refundable at the end of the stay if the landlord or his representatives are satisfied that no damage is caused to the property. It’s possible add a single bed for 25 euro a week Animals not admitted. |
