"Sicilian stuffed sardines" are a typical dish of Palermo cuisine, here's how to prepare this delicious and simple dish.
Ingredients for 4 people:
20 sardines - 50 g of breadcrumbs - milk q.b. -3 salted anchovies - chopped parsley - 1 clove of garlic - 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk - breadcrumbs - oil
Clean the sardines by depriving them of the innards and the central spine, open them in a book and wash them.
Apart from soaking the breadcrumbs in the milk, squeeze and add the anchovies into small pieces without thorns and salt, parsley, garlic, egg yolk.
