Villa
Amico is an elegant residence, built in the 1985 and restored in 2002 by
the current owner. The house, whose surface is about 280 m2,
is located in San Leone, near Agrigento. The building, located into San
Leone, within 1 Km. from the beach and 3 Km to the Valley of the Temples.
Amenities. Upon arrival it is possible to arrange sailboat tours with
skipper, to take sailing lessons, to take part to fishing excursion (depending
on season) or scuba excursion to explore the deep and the old and new
wrecks underwater. It is also possible to arrange horse and mountain bike
rides (with local guide) in the Valley of the Temples. |

features airy, agreeably cool big rooms, the 8
bedrooms, elegantly furnished, are spacious and comfortable, while the
study in addition to the gorgeous living room of about 45 m2,
present an ideal environment to passing pleasant hours. Upon request,
laundry and daily cleaning services are available. The residence is
provided with 8 bathrooms, with shower . |

Amenities:
daily rented sailboat with skipper Euro 77.5, sailing lessons, taking part
in fishing, scuba, horse rides: prices to agree. Prices
flat for one person for day. The rent includes: use of furniture and
equipment; energy, water and gas consumption; bed linen, kitchen cloths
and bath towels weekly changed. Extra: Daily cleaning, laundry and
breakfast available upon request. |
